The Province of Pordenone (It. Provincia di Pordenone) is a province in the autonomous Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy. Its capital is the city of Pordenone. The territory was carved out of the Province of Udine in 1968.

It has an area of 2,273 sq.km, and a total population of 286,198 (2001). There are 51 communes in the province.
